1TeaspoonAvocado Oil
Instructions
Beat eggs in a bowl to ensure the yolks and whites are well mixed.
Add cut/grated vegetables, garam masala, turmeric, salt in a bowl and mix well.
Now add the beaten eggs to this bowl and mix well.
Add oil to a pan, set on medium flame and pour the mix on to the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes with a lid on and then turn over. Cook for a couple of minutes and transfer to a serving plate.
