1. Set IP on 'sauté' mode, add oil and wait for the 'hot' sign. Add onion, ginger and cook for a couple of minutes till the onions get slightly brown 2. Add turmeric powder and mix well 3. Add tomato, salt, and cook for 2-3 minutes 4. Add potato, water, mix well
Set IP on pressure cook mode for 15 minutes. Allow for natural release, remove lid. Mash the potatoes with a spatula and transfer to a serving bowl.
