Instructions
Heat oil in pan and sauté garlic till slightly brown.
Add broccoli, cauliflower, salt, mix well and set lid on. Keep stirring occasionally for 2 minutes on low flame.
Remove lid and cook for another minute. Ensure the veggies are crisply cooked.
Transfer to bowl and serve hot.
