Instructions
Cut potatoes to small pieces, wash and drain.
Transfer to Instant Pot (IP), add water, tighten lid and set on high pressure for 15 minutes.
Allow for natural pressure release (NPR), transfer to bowl. Add ghee, salt, garlic powder.
Using a spatula or a big serving spoon, mash well.
